Dr. Nora AlFaysale is thrilled to be part of the team at Fairfax Dental Center. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry in California. Dr. Nora is passionate about continuing dental education and focused on providing the best dental experience to her patients by offering the most current treatment options available.

She prides herself on a gentle approach, and will try to ease any concerns you might have by providing valuable patient education. Dr. Nora is a member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and listening to books on Audible.

Dr. Yolanda L. Weaver is a native of Virginia and graduated from Handley High School in Winchester, VA. She received her dental degree from the University of Tennessee Dental School where she graduated with honors receiving awards in Pediatric and Restorative dentistry. Dr. Weaver is certified in Invisalign and is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Weaver has consistently been selected by her peers as one of Washington’s Top Dentists as appearing in the March 2019, March 2017 and March 2015 issues of the Washingtonian Magazine. Other magazine awards include the Northern Virginia Living Magazine 2017 and 2018 Top Dentists and the Virginia Living Magazine 2013–2018 Top Virginia Dentists recognitions.

Dr. Zinah Shakir is excited to be part of Fairfax Dental Center as a provider. She earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with honors in vulnerable populations and received the Columbia Dentoform Corporation Award.

Dr. Zinah treats her patients with care, is passionate about dentistry, and always strives to provide what’s best for her patients. She likes to improve her skills by attending conferences and taking courses. She aims to make patients comfortable and leave each appointment with a smile.

Dr. Mohammed Abdulateef earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. While there, he received a clinical honorary degree, international dentist award and was inducted into the prestigious national dental society Omicron Kappa Epsilon.

He received his Orthodontic training at Montefiore Medical Center in NYC where he treated a wide range of patients with different treatment needs including fixed and growth modification appliances, Invisalign, and complex cases. He won the Leo Davidoff Award presented by Albert Einstein College of Medicine for outstanding achievement in the teaching of medical students.

Dr. Saif Abulateef specializes in advanced surgical procedures with a strong focus on patient comfort and safety. His expertise allows complex treatments to be completed efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards.

Having an oral surgeon in-house sets our Fairfax dental office apart. Dr. Abulateef works directly with our general dentists and specialists, ensuring continuity of care and fewer appointments for patients.
